Tina Vrščaj

Tina Vrščaj (1987, Ljubljana) si a Slovenian writer, editor, essayist and translator. She graduated in 2010 with a thesis on Philosophical Thought in the Novels by Iris Murdoch from the Departments of Comparative Literature and English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. She writes novels, short stories, essays and children’s literature, and she used to work as a literary critic. She has translated into Slovenian the novel by J. M. Coetzee The Childhood of Jesus, The Economy of Desire by Daniel M. Bell Jr. and New and Selected Essays by Denise Levertov. Since 2022, she has been working as an editor at Beletrina Academic Press.
