General Assembly
The General Assembly consists of all members of the association and is its highest governing body. The regular General Assembly meets every year, while the electoral one takes place every three years. An extraordinary General Assembly may be convened when necessary. The General Assembly adopts resolutions validly if at least half of the members of the association are present.
