REALMS OF BUTTERFLIES AND STAGES -A Literary and Musical Evening Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Andrej Hieng

The Slovene Writers’ Association, in collaboration with the Antika Bookshop and Antiquarian Bookstore and the Celje Slovene People’s Theatre (SLG Celje), invites you to a literary and musical evening marking the centenary of the birth of writer, playwright, director, screenwriter, and dramaturge Andrej Hieng.
For eight years (1952–1960), his professional path was closely tied to the Celje theatre. Through excerpts from his works and author readings, we will pay tribute to this significant figure of Slovenian literary history.
