Tibor Hrs Pandur

Tibor Hrs Pandur, *1985 in Maribor, Slovenia. Bachelors Degree in Comparative literature at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. Co-founder and editor of the literary magazine and Paraliterary organisation I.D.I.O.T. In 2008 his first theatre play “DREAM 59” premiered in Glej Theatre (Ljubljana) and won the prize for Best Young Playwright (2013). 2010 the Center for Slovenian Literature published his first book of poetry “ENERGYMACHINE” and in 2011 his translations of Jim Morrison’s selected poetry. He translated several poems by Pablo Neruda, S. T. Coleridge, Edgar Allan Poe and Heiner Müller into Slovene. From 2015 to 2016 he was the project leader for the International Festival of Developing Literary Practices: LITERODROME. His second book of dream-texts INTERNAL AFFAIRS came out it in 2017 (Litera, Maribor). His translation of Nikola Tesla’s essay The Problem of Increasing Human Energy with an extensive afterword Tesla’s Hybris and the Laws of Nature will be coming out in 2019 (ZRC SAZU).
